Whether your landscaping is in need of a “facelift” or you’re looking for a fresh new look to your existing hardscapes, our construction team is highly trained and experienced. We adhere to industry standards set forth by the International Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI).

Design of Your Project

Our design team will work with you to give you the perfect area to enjoy for many years. We will work together to pick the block style and color that best suits your needs and tastes. We use quality products that will stand up to our tough New England winters.

During the Project

Our crews will make every effort to keep your property clean and free of debris during the job. Your foremen will communicate with you each day we are on your property.

Upon Completion

Before we pack all our tools and leave your property we will walk through the completed job and answer any questions you have. We will not leave until you are satisfied with the landscape we’ve created for you.

Alliance Landscaping, LLC’s method is designed to be easy, stress free and engaging for the client through all stages of the process. Alliance Landscaping, LLC can tailor this process to suit our clients requirements.

Design Fee and Initial Meeting:

After we meet with you and have an understanding of the scope of your project, we will discuss timelines and cost. Once you hire Alliance Landscaping, LLC to design your project, 50% of the design fee is required. Elevations and measurements will be taken once the design fee received. Our minimum fee for any design begins at $250.

Design Questionnaire and Plot Plan:

A short questionnaire will be given to you for “homework”. Please fill this out to the best of your knowledge and send it back to our office as soon as possible. We request that you send us a city plot plan, which will be returned.

Design Presentation:

Alliance Landscaping, LLC will meet you at either our office or your home and walk you through the details of your design. We will bring a proposal to show you all the options, and the potential that your yard has. Any changes can be made at this time. Once the design is presented for the second time, the final 50% of the fee will be paid.

Scheduling the work:

Customers who hire us to complete the work will receive 50% of their design fee back as a credit toward the final payment.

Build:

During construction, your design becomes a reality. Should you choose to change the scope of the work change during this process, a cost or credit will be agreed upon and confirmed in writing prior to the change. This will be applied to your account.

Maintenance:

We will walk you through your new landscape, explaining available options for continued maintenance with Alliance Landscaping, LLC. We will also provide watering instructions for your plants, as well as Hydroseed and/or sod.
